This morning:
Mayor Cris Garbo agrees to partner with DOST/PSTC-Pampanga in the distribution of STARBOOKS in all schools in Mabalacat City.
The LGU will allocate from the Special Fund of the Office of the Mayor for the acquisition of hardwares while DOST will load the STARBOOKS software👍
