Balilihan is recipient of DOST’s STARBOOKS ( Science Technology Academic Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosks) which will allow easier access to digital information and technology education and information for our 20 Public Elementary and High Schools and Barangay E-Governance System to 10 recipient barangays which will provide a systematic approach in managing residents’ information, judicial information and permit generation for planning, monitoring, and efficient public transaction.
