In support to enhancing quality education in the rural areas, the Department of Science and Technology- Cordillera Administrative Region deployed two (2) units of STARBOOKS in Benguet this week. One unit of Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated KioskS (STARBOOKS) was turn-overed to Bangao National High School (BNHS) in Buguias, Benguet on October 12, 2020 and another unit was handed to Sagpat Elementary School in Sagpat, Kibungan. Alongside the turnover, orientation and training to the teachers was also conducted by Mr. Reynaldo Teofilo, DOST-CAR STARBOOKS staff.
