Atok, Benguet/January 20, 2021: The DOST-CAR STARBOOKS Focal Person Mr. Rey Teofilo, together with PSTC-Benguet staff, conducted a configuration, follow-up user’s orientation and monitoring of the Science and Technology Academic Research-based Openly Operated Kiosks Station (STARBOOKS) in the municipality of Atok.
The areas covered include Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Naguey, BLGU Pasdong, BLGU-Poblacion,BLGU-Abiang, and Atok National High School, Camp 30 National High School. The STARBOOKS units provided to the BLGUs were donated through the initiative of Cordillera Career Development College under the Operation Kajo Project while the units for the schools were funded through DOST-CAR Local Grants-in-Aid.
