DOST PSTC-Oriental Mindoro conducted installation and Training on STARBOOKS Operation at Filimon M. Salcedo Sr. Memorial National High School, Brgy. Salcedo, Bansud on January 30, 2019. The principal, Mr. Gregorio A. Amparo emphasized that this electronic library (STARBOOKS) will be very helpful for their students where they can easily access information even without internet and this can be utilized in research like Science Investigatory Project (SIP).
