Last January 29, 2019 DOST V conducted STARBOOKS Orientation at Bicol Regional Science High School, Ligao, Albay.
"Mam Cristina B. Revelle - School Principal said that STARBOOKS is one of her goal for BRSHS. Almost 600 students and teachers participated in the orientation.
