SCIENCE and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks or Starbooks, by the Department of Science and Technology-Science and Technology Information Institute
In order to support and supplement Nueva Vizcaya State University’s blended learning strategy, the Department of Science and Technology installed the Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosk Stations (STARBOOKS)
Last June 21, 2022, DOST Misamis Occidental conducted the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing with sixteen (16) public elementary and high schools in the municipality of Concepcion, Misamis Occidental.
Nine units of computers installed with STARBOOKS database were formally turned over to the Bicol University libraries on June 17, 2022.
