DOST V deployed STARBOOKS and conducted orientation cum users hands-on training to the beneficiaries of the First Science & Technology Digital Library in the country at COTMON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL in Cotmon, Camalig, Albay. The school is composed of 1,844 enrollees this school year and 51 faculty members from Junior and Senior High School. Students and teachers will benefit from the said program.
