[Today], DOST Cotabato Province paid a courtesy meeting with DEPED XII Cotabato Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Isagani S. Dela Cruz and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Mario M. Bermudez to discuss the rollout of STARBOOKS (the Philippines’ first digital library, developed by DOST-STII) to DEPED schools in the province.
