Last June 21, 2022, DOST Misamis Occidental conducted the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing with sixteen (16) public elementary and high schools in the municipality of Concepcion, Misamis Occidental.
This undertaking part of the project under the human resource and development component of the DOST Community Empowerment through Science and Technology (CEST) Program.
The municipality of Concepcion is 2022 CEST community, which is a 6th class component in the province of Misamis Occidental.
Once this project will be fully implemented, this will be the 1st digital library in the said municipality.
