DOST-IX thru City Science and Technology Center- ZCIC led by City Director Ricardo J. Apolinario III deployed STARBOOKS unit, signed the Memorandum Of Agreement, and conducted hands-on training at Islamia Elementary School today, 03 August 2022.
During the training, various platforms and operational procedures of the digital library were discussed including its online and offline platforms, submission of the reports and others.
Additionally, the team also carried out a Community Needs Assessment in the community as preparation for a CEST (Community Empowerment through Science and Technology) Project Proposal.
