LOOK: The DOST-NCR and TESDA-National Capital Region sealed partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement at the TESDA Office, Taguig City. This partnership aims to enhance education by providing holistic and quality library services thru the DOST-developed Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS).
The TESDA-NCR led by Regional Director Florencio F. Sunico, Jr. received one (1) unit of STARBOOKS which will be used in delivering quality, effective, and efficient educational services to every TESDA student.
