Today, the DOST Romblon Provincial Office awarded one (1) set of STARBOOKS unit to Concepcion National High School as part of the implementation of GIA-Community Empowerment through Science and Technology (CEST) in the municipality under its Education and Literacy aspect. The school is one of the farthest institution in the province because of its geographical location.
STARBOOKS or the Science and Technology Academic Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosk System is a standalone information kiosk with hundreds of thousands of digitized science and technology resources that augments a library system accessible in a much easier way of clicking and typing.
