STARBOOKS is a digital library in a box containing millions of science and technology information materials making education easy for #EbriJuan. It is free, can be accessed offline, and now has mobile application as its new feature.
DOST V through PSTC Camarines Norte conducted an installationupdating of units and orientation program on STARBOOKS last 09-10 December 2019 at Camarines Norte State College Library-Main Campus, Daet, Camarines Norte.
The STARBOOKS units of CNSC Main Campus and three (3) satellite campuses were successfully updated while CNSC-College of Education had their first ever library in a box!
