The Department of Science and Technology Region V (DOST-V) successfully handed over STARBOOKS as additional learning resources to the e-learning hub “Kubo” of the Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) Bicol Region on 08 June 2022 in Pili, Camarines Sur.
The Provincial Science and Technology Center of Camarines Sur headed by Provincial Director Patrocinio N. Felizmenio has facilitated the partnership between the two agencies in pursuit of “Siyensiyang Maasahan sa Kabikolan.”
STARBOOKS is one of the identified government projects and programs in the National Priority Plan (NPP) of the National Economic and Development Authority.
With this, tax perks can be given to individuals, companies, foundations, and non-government organizations that contribute to the programs under NPP.
