Mayor Cris Garbo agrees to partner with DOST/PSTC-Pampanga in the distribution of STARBOOKS in all schools in Mabalacat City. The LGU will allocate from the Special Fund of the Office of the Mayor for the acquisition of hardwares while DOST will load the STARBOOKS software

Undersecretary Alain Del Bustamante Pascua of DepEd toured DOST-STII Library during the 33rd Anniversary of DOST-STII last February 14, 2020. DepEd adopts DOST-STARBOOKS and signed a Memorandum of Agreement with DOST-STII. Another milestone for DOST-STARBOOKS.

After lunchtime of January 09, STARBOOKS team welcomed Secretary Fortunato T. dela Peña along with his visitor, Ms. Rosana Tuazon-Fores of Hijo Plantation Davao at the DOST-STII lobby to showcase the STARBOOKS system and kiosks.
