STARBOOKS in coordination with PSTO-Ilocos Sur and Schools Division Office of Ilocos Sur conduct mass installation of STARBOOKS at the Philippine Science High School – Ilocos Region Campus providing free access to Science, Technology, and Innnovation (STI) information resources to 157 public schools in the province.
