DOST 1 through Provincial Science and Technology (PSTO) – Pangasinan conducts STARBOOKS Orientation and User’s Training in Tondol National High School, Anda, Pangasinan.

Science and Technology Academic Research Based and Openly Operated Kiosks (STARBOOKS) is a stand-alone information source designed to reach those with limited or no access to S&T information resources. The project aims to provide Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) based content in various formats to students and other constituents in geographically isolated and economically challenged schools and communities throughout the country.

Mr. Edward E. Ugale, STARBOOKS deployment officer, conducts orientation to 114 students and their teachers on the proper usage and monitoring of STARBOOKS.
