The Department of Science and Technology III and Don Bosco Technical Institute (DBTI) of Tarlac jointly signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the installation of the Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated Kiosk or STARBOOKS.
STARBOOKS is an offline digital library developed by DOST – Science and Technology Information Institute (STII) and is continuously being deployed throughout the country- free of charge.
Present during the MOA Signing are PSTO – Tarlac Provincial Director Karen Y. Dañez and DBTI Research Officer, Mr. Karl Josh M. Guillermo.
