The DOST-Tarlac under the leadership of Provincial Director Karen Y. Dañez together with Don Bosco Technical Institute (DBTI)-Tarlac as represented by Fr. Edwin L. Ulanday- Principal/Rector and Mr. Karl Josh M. Guillermo- Research Officer of the Institutional Affairs signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the installation and implementation of the Science & Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated KioskS (STARBOOKS).
STARBOOKS features hundreds of thousands of digital resources related to science and technology in several formats (text, video, and audio), installed in specifically designed “pods” with an intuitive user interface that is accessible to students, researchers, and faculty members.
