The current COVID-19 pandemic didn’t prevent us of reaching out the kind people of the Province of Biliran. Government programs like DOST-STARBOOKS were once again deployed to its intended users like TESDA-CNSAT, among others. Shown below are some photo documentation of the 2-day activities in the Province of Biliran.
Besides of the STARBOOKS deployment, DOST8 MIS unit with the very active and responsible staff Jeffrey Noel Quilaquil and Gary Lawrence Arica, were able to establish the Office Local Area Network or LAN of PSTC-Biliran.
DOST-8 management wholeheartedly appreciates and sincerely thanking Mr. Lino Severino, TESDA-CNSAT Administrator and its personnel (both the trainers & trainees) for hosting the event as well as for recognizing DOST8 in granting the request for STARBOOKS. Also, our thanks to Mr. Victoria of PIA-Biliran for covering the event for possible media releases.
